Our spa facility is located on the 1st floor of the Hilton Tel Aviv hotel, which invests significant effort in providing equality in service and accessibility to all its visitors. The public entrance to the hotel and the entrance to the spa complex are both accessible and wide. There are elevators near the staircase to the spa complex’s entrance. There is signage and guidance in the hotel and spa, and assistance animals are allowed. The hotel and spa have equipped and accessible restrooms.

In the hotel’s complex, there are parking spaces designated for use by people with disabilities, accessible waiting areas, and a wheelchair-accessible service and reception desk where you can receive assistance and guidance. Our reception staff will be happy to answer your questions and assist you at any time, including filling out forms.
